  • Welcome Pack - ​​everything you need to get the most out of your coaching experience and be ready for our sessions. 

  • Self-Exploration Exercise - thought provoking questions to help you get clarity on what you want to achieve and why so we can hit the ground running and get the most from our time together (Step 1).

  • 1 x Goal Setting and Strategy Session (up to 90 mins) - creation of a robust plan to get you where you want to be (Step 2).

  • 1 x Follow Up Accountability Session (up to 30 mins) - check in call to celebrate your achievements and plan to ensure you continue to move forwards (Step 3).

  • Unlimited Support Between Sessions -  messenger and voice-note contact to provide support and keep you accountable throughout
