Recent research* has shown that the last two years challenges have impacted women’s confidence significantly, to the extent that 1 in 2 women surveyed were ‘not very confident at work right now’.
This is affecting women in two clear ways.
They are not thriving- women are not showing up as the best versions of themselves in their current roles.
They are not striving- women are not moving up the career ladder and putting themselves forwards for promotions within their organisation as often as their male counterparts.
